If an invoice has not been paid by the agreed date and the company's reminder has not been responded to, the company can commission PAY SMART.
As a creditor, the company is entitled to compensation, including costs incurred in the debt collection process.
The invoiced debt collection costs are based on generally accepted cost rates determined by the largest Swiss debt collection association, Inkasso Suisse, based on years of experience. The debt collection association sets the amount of the debt collection costs based on empirically collected and scientifically verified figures from comparable cases.
Therefore, not only the outstanding amount but also additional costs, such as the costs of commissioning PAY SMART or court fees, must be paid.
Payment should be made directly to PAY SMART as the creditor has handed over the claim to us. Please check our payment information on the letter.
If no payment or contact is made, the creditor may initiate debt collection proceedings, which may result in additional costs and legal consequences.
Yes, if you believe the claim is unjustified, you can submit a written objection and provide appropriate evidence.

Yes, an open debt collection procedure can negatively impact your creditworthiness and lead to restrictions on future financing.
